In addition to the general matter of 'milta albishayhu yakira' (the matter is clothed in preciousness), there is also an instruction regarding writing that which is called after a Jew and making it subordinate to a secular name.
I was also pleased to hear from him about your general situation. May it be G‑d's will that you continue for many years to utilize your holy position as synagogue rabbi to strengthen Judaism there and spread it in a manner of ever-increasing light and with expanded awareness.
