Shalom u'Vrachah!
Regarding what you wrote about printing discourses here and certainly even more so in the Holy Tongue, this matter is tied to several difficulties, especially concerning the content of the discourses you ask about, and this is clear. Therefore, it is necessary to make an effort immediately that, in addition to all other details, they should also be accustomed to the new language of the youth and young people among whom a change is more likely to have an effect than those who are middle-aged or older. For every change is regret and somewhat an admission that for decades things were not done properly or at least not perfectly—and this is clear.
And even though it is possible that the concept of teshuvah helps even after eighty years as told by our Sages, and it transforms a person from one extreme to another—from the deepest depth to the highest height—especially as explained in Likkutei Torah at the beginning of Parshas Haazinu regarding teshuvah: that it is returning to G‑d Who gave it—the return while the soul is still in a body and alive in this world—see there.
And in closing—similar to how you opened your letter on Erev Tu B'Av—as our Sages relate there were no good days for Israel like Tu B'Av etc., and these days (when) remembered (they are also) enacted—may you receive good tidings both in your personal and general matters together.
With blessings for good news and with mazal tov on the birth of your granddaughter Ariella—may she live long—and may it be G‑d's will that her parents raise her to Torah, marriage, and good deeds. And with blessings for health.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that when publishing Chassidic works for youth, language must suit their context while maintaining integrity. Even longstanding habits can be changed through teshuvah's transformative power. He concludes with personal blessings for growth and health.
