ויהי רצון שיגדלוהו ואת כל יו"ח שי' לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים, מוארים באור וחום חסידותי.
וזכות התעסקותו בלימוד תורתנו תורת חיים עם בני ישראל, בני אלקים חיים, תרבה בברכות השי"ת והצלחתו במלאכתו מלאכת הקדש, ובעניניו הפרטים גם יחד.
בודאי נודע לכת"ר (ואולי גם ראה) החוברת פלפול התלמידים שהו"ל פה, ובה חידושי תורה בנגלה ובחסידות מתלמידי תומכי תמימים דפה.
ומהנכון ביותר וביותר שיו"ל עד"ז גם מתלמידי תומכי תמימים דלוד.
ובודאי למותר לעורר אודות זה, אבל נצטוינו אין מזרזין אלא למזורזין. ואם רק יש אפשריות, הרי מהמתאים ביותר שיו"ל אם לח"י אלול או לחדש תשרי הבע"ל, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.

I received the good news that a son was born to you—mazal tov!—and that he was brought into the covenant of Avraham Avinu at an auspicious and successful time.
May it be G‑d's will that you raise him and all your children for Torah, marriage, and good deeds, illuminated with the light and warmth of Chassidus.
The merit of your involvement in teaching our Torah—the Torah of life—to the Jewish people, children of the living G‑d, will increase blessings from Hashem for your success in your holy work as well as in your personal matters.
Surely you have heard (and perhaps even seen) the booklet "Pilpul HaTalmidim" published here, which contains novel Torah insights in both Nigleh and Chassidus from students of Tomchei Temimim here. It would be most appropriate to publish something similar from the students of Tomchei Temimim in Lod as well.
Certainly there is no need to remind you about this, but we are commanded: "We only urge those who are already diligent." If possible, it would be best if it could be published by Chai Elul or by the upcoming month of Tishrei. Nothing stands in the way of willpower.
In conclusion—echoing my opening—mazal tov and wishing you only good news for all good things.
