בעת רצון וועל איך מזכיר זיין אייך אויפן ציון פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, אז דער אויבערשטער זאל דערפילן אייער בקשה, ווי איר שרייבט, להצלחה במעשה ידיכם להפצת מעינות החסידות.
און דער אויבערשטער זאל העלפן, אז דאס ליובאוויטש הויז זאל ווערן א מרכז - א צענטראל פונקט - פון וואנעט עס זאלן זיך פאנאנדערגיין און פארשפרייטן ענינים פון אידישקייט, תורה ומצות בכלל, דוכגעדרונגען מיט ווארימקייט, התלהבות, לעבעדיקייט און ליכטיקייט, וואס דאס אלץ איז פון די יסודות'דיקע ענינים פון דער אויפפירונג פון א אידן אין טאג-טעגלעכן לעבן. ווארום אויף יעדן פרט פון אידישן לעבן איז געזאגט געווארן - בכל דרכיך דעהו, ווי עס איז איך גע'פסק'נט געווארן להלכה אין טור און שו"ע אורח חיים סי' רל"א. און אריינטראכטנדיק זיך אין יעדן ענין פון דרכיך, ברענגט עס צו דעהו - צו דערקענען און נענטער ווערן צום אויבערשטן ית', וואס דאס מוז ארויסברענגען התלהבות מיט אור אמיתי פון פנימיות הנפש בא א אידן.
דער אויבערשטער זאל אויך געבן ברכה והצלחה אין די ענינים הפרטיים פון יעדערן און יעדערער וואס נעמען אנטייל אין דאס אויבנדערמאנטע, אזוי אז זיי זאלן קאנען מתוך מנוחה וטוב לבב און הרחבת הדעת טאן דאס אויבנדערמאנטע אין אן אופן פון מעלין בקדש, הלוך והוסיף הלוך ואור, ביז עס וועט מקויים ווערן דער צוזאג פון דעם אויבערשטן - ופרצת ימה וקדמה וצפונה ונגבה.
בכבוד ובברכה להצלחה מופלגה במילוי מטרת בית ליובאוויטש בכל עניניו מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב והרחבת הדעת.

It gave me pleasure to receive your letter from the 7th of Tammuz, written by Havavac"h iy"a nu"n one who is involved with tzt"z, energetic etc. Moreinu HaRav Shlomo Perin, together with the key to the Lubavitch House building that the shluchim delivered to me.
At an auspicious time I will mention you at the gravesite of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, that the Alm-ghty should fulfill your request, as you write, for success in your work spreading the wellsprings of Chassidus.
And may the Alm-ghty help that this Lubavitch House should become a center—a central point—from which matters of Judaism, Torah and mitzvos in general will radiate and spread outwards, permeated with warmth, enthusiasm, vitality and light. All these are fundamental aspects of a Jew's conduct in daily life.
For regarding every detail of Jewish life it is said—Bechol Derachecha Da'eihu ("In all your ways know Him")—as ruled in Tur and Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim siman 231. Reflecting deeply on every aspect of your ways brings to Da'eihu—to recognize and draw closer to the Alm-ghty—which must bring forth enthusiasm with true light from one's inner soul in a Jew.
May the Alm-ghty also grant blessing and success in all personal matters of each and every one who participates in what was mentioned above so that they may be able—with tranquility and joy and expanded consciousness—to carry out what was mentioned above in a manner of always ascending in holiness, going from strength to strength and increasing light until there will be fulfilled G‑d's promise—Ufaratzta Yamah Vakeidmah Vetzafonah Vanegbah ("You shall spread out westward, eastward, northward and southward").
With honor and blessing for outstanding success in fulfilling the purpose of Lubavitch House in all its matters with joy, gladness of heart and expanded consciousness.
