ומובן שכל הוספה בעניני תורה ומצות [וככל שיהי' המצב טוב בזה, הרי בעניני טוב וקדושה תמיד יש מקום להוסיף עוד], מביאה הוספה בברכות השי"ת בהמצטרך לאדם ולביתו.
במ"ש שנדמה להם שמעת קנו בית המרקחת, פוקדים אותם מאורעות שלא על דרך הרגיל.
יש לברר אם לא הי' בקני' זו ענין דהשגת גבול וכיו"ב ואם ספק בדבר, והלא אדם קרוב אצל עצמו, מובן שיש לברר אצל רב מורה הוראה דעת תורה בזה.
והשי"ת המשגיח על כאו"א בהשגחה פרטית, ינחם בטוב לפניהם בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
מהנכון אשר יבדקו את התפילין שלו וכן את המזוזות בדירתם שתהיינה כולן כשרות כדין, והיא תשמור על מנהגן הטוב של בנות ישראל הכשרות להפריש לצדקה קודם הדלקת הנרות בכל ערב שבת וערב יום טוב.

We acknowledge receipt of your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh, requesting a blessing and a pan (pidyon nefesh). At an auspicious time it will be read at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
It is understood that every increase in matters of Torah and mitzvot [and as much as the situation is good in this regard, in matters of goodness and holiness there is always room to add more], brings an increase in the blessings of Hashem in all that a person and his household need.
Regarding what you wrote that it seems to you that since you bought the pharmacy, unusual events have been occurring: It is necessary to clarify whether there was any issue of encroachment or similar in this purchase.
