לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבה מט' ניסן, ונעם לי לקרות בו, אודות פעולותי' בארגון מסיבות שבת, מועדון לבנות וכו' ומובן הצער מחלישות שחלה לאחרי זה בפעולותי' ובאיזו מהן גם הפסק.
ותקותי שכשתביא הענין עוה"פ לשימת לב נשי ובנות חב"ד יחול בזה שינוי לטובה, והרי הענין חשוב ונעלה ביותר, וכל יגיעה והשתדלות כדאיות בזה, ויהי רצון שתבשר טוב בהאמור.
במ"ש ע"ד הסברא שלקראת השנה החדשה תצא להוראה ד"רשת" כי קשה עלי' ההמשך בלימוד התרכזות המחשבה וכו'.
מובן שאין זה נכון כלל ודוקא מפני הטעמים שכותבת אשר מרגישה כשרון והצלחה בשטח האמור, שמזה מובן שעלי' להכין ככל הדרוש להצלחת פעולותי', והרי רואים במוחש אשר חסרון קטן בההכנה מביא לחסרון כ"פ ככה בהפעילות והיעילות ותועלת ההוראה, ועוד שחסרון האחרון הוא בהנוגע לכו"כ, כוונתי לכל הכתה, ובודאי למותר להאריך בדבר פשוט כזה, ולא באתי אלא להוסיף שתתמיד בלימודי' עצמה, ורואים במוחש אשר מצליחים בזה בקלות יותר כשלומדים בחברותא עם חבירה אחת או שתים.
מהאמור מובן שלדעתי צריכה להכין ככל הדרוש לזמן הלימוד הבא (באם צריכה הכנה לזה), ובכל אופן להמשיך בלימוד ובמרץ הדרוש והשי"ת יצליחה. מובן שבהנ"ל אין שייכות לאופן וניצול ימי חופש הבא, ובאם לא יגע בטיב ההכנה לזמן לימודים הבא.

After the longest pause, your letter from the 9th of Nissan was received, and I was pleased to read about your activities in organizing Shabbos gatherings, a club for girls, etc. It is understandable that there is disappointment due to the weakening that occurred afterward in your activities and even a cessation in some of them. I hope that when you bring this matter again to the attention of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, there will be a positive change. This matter is extremely important and lofty; every effort and endeavor is worthwhile here. May you have good news to report about this.
Regarding what you wrote about the reasoning that for the coming new year you plan to take a break from teaching because it is difficult for you to continue focusing on study and concentration, it is clear that this is not correct at all—especially for the reasons you yourself wrote: that you feel talent and success in this area. From this it is understood that you should prepare as needed for your activities' success. It is evident that even a small lack in preparation leads to a much greater deficiency in activity, effectiveness, and benefit of teaching; moreover, this last deficiency affects many—meaning the whole class. Surely there is no need to elaborate on such an obvious matter; I only wish to add that you should continue your own studies. It is clearly seen that one succeeds more easily when studying together with one or two friends.
From what was said above it is clear that in my opinion you should prepare as needed for the next study period (if preparation is necessary), but in any case continue learning with the required enthusiasm, and may Hashem grant you success.
It is understood that what was said above does not relate to how or whether to utilize the upcoming vacation days—unless it would affect preparation for the next study period.
