במענה למכתבו, שנתקבל באיחור זמן, ומתאים לבקשתו נשלח המענה, מבלי לחכות על התור.
בו כותב אודות ישיבת אחי תמימים אשר ב... והנהלתה.
ולפלא השאלה והספק בדבר המפורסם, והוא:
ידוע אשר כשיסד כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע הישיבה המרכזית תומכי תמימים אשר בברוקלין, ולאחרי כן יסד - על ידי שלוחיו - סניפים לה בערי השדה בשם ישיבות אחי תמימים...
קבע גם כן הסדר, אשר - על שלוחיו בערי השדה לנהל הישיבות אחי תמימים במקום התיסדותם, בצירוף עסקנים ואנ"ש אשר במקום, בצורת ועד דירעקטארען וכיו"ב.
והי' בכל דבר הקשה, אשר לא יוכלו להפתר על אתר על ידי השליח והועד, יפנו בזה ויתדברו עם הנהלה המרכזית אשר בישיבה המרכזית אשר בברוקלין.
והי' אם גם זה לא יספיק, יפנו אל כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, והוא יורה חוות דעתו.
ובסדר זה התנהגו כל ישיבות אחי תמימים אשר בארצות הברית וגם הצליחו, ומובן אשר סדר זה, אין ברצונו של מי שהוא לשנותו, ובפרט שהרי ראה הצלחה בפועל בהנהגה האמורה.
וכיון שבטוחני אשר כל עסקני ישיבת אחי תמימים ד... כוונתם למטרה שהציג כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, והוא להגדיל תורה ולהאדירה על ידי המוסד הק' בחינוך מתאים דתלמידיו על טהרת הקדש, בודאי ינהגו באופן האמור גם מכאן ולהבא, וזכות הרבים מסייעתם בהצלחה מופלגה לביסוס המוסד והתפתחותו.
ובודאי שעי"ז יתוסף גם בברכות השי"ת והצלחתו בעניניהם הפרטים של כל המשתדלים ומסייעים בגופם בממונם ובנשמתם אם בשלשתם גם יחד למוסד ק' זה.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור מתוך הרחבת הדעת ולחג הפסח כשר ושמח.

In response to your letter, which was received after some delay, and in accordance with your request, I am sending this reply without waiting for your turn.
You write regarding the Achei Temimim Yeshivah in [location] and its administration. It is surprising to see a question or doubt about something so well known: When my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, founded the central Tomchei Temimim Yeshivah in Brooklyn and later established branches called Achei Temimim Yeshivos in other cities through his emissaries, he also set an order: His emissaries in those cities should manage the local Achei Temimim Yeshivah together with local activists and Anash as a board of directors or similar structure.
For any difficult matter that could not be resolved locally by the emissary and board, they would turn to and consult with the central administration at the main yeshivah in Brooklyn. If that too was insufficient, they would turn to my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, who would give his opinion. This was the practice for all Achei Temimim Yeshivos in America and it brought success. Clearly, no one wishes to change this system—especially since it has proven effective.
I am confident that all those involved with Achei Temimim Yeshivah in [location] share the goal set by my revered father-in-law: to increase Torah and glorify it through this holy institution by educating its students in purity. Surely they will continue following this approach from now on as well. The merit of the many will help them achieve great success in strengthening and developing the institution.
Certainly through this there will also be increased blessings from Hashem and success in all personal matters for everyone who invests themselves—physically, financially, or spiritually (or all three)—in this holy institution.
With blessings for good news in all of the above with peace of mind and for a kosher and joyous Pesach.
