שלום וברכה!
נעם לי להוודע במשך שיחתנו ע"ד אורח חיים בהידור, מתאים להוראות תורתנו תורת חיים, בקהילה קדישא אשר כת"ר הוא המרא דאתרא שם, הוא מושב גמזו בארצנו הקדושה, תבנה ותכונן במהרה בימינו ע"י משיח צדקנו, ואשר בכדי להמציא האפשריות לבנין בית הכנסת מתאים לצרכי תושבי המקום ובכלל כדי לבסס מעמדם בעניני פרנסה וכלכלה כת"ר פועל בזה בארצות הברית.
ובודאי אשר אחינו בני ישראל, רחמנים וגומלי חסדים ולא רק מצד נפש האלקית שבהם אלא גם בטבע תולדותם מצד נפש הבהמית (עיין אגה"ק לרבינו הזקן בעל התניא והשלחן ערוך, סוף סי' י"ב ובתניא סוף פ' א'), בטח ייענו לענין זה ויושיטו לו עזר וסעד, ובפרט אשר אחב"י אשר בארצות הברית מצטיינים מאז ומקדם במדת הצדקה וגמילות חסדים ביתר שאת וביתר עז.
ויהי רצון אשר יתחזקו - ובאופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור - כל עניני ישראל סבא בכל מקום שהם, ובתוכם גם בקהילתו קדישא, ובפרט אשר שומרי שביעית כהלכתה הם, גבורי כח עושי דברו גו'.
ובקרוב ממש נזכה לקיום היעוד כפירוש רז"ל (מדרש תהלים) על הכתוב רצית הוי' ארצך שבת שבות יעקב, שכשמקיימים שמיטים וכל מצוות שנצטוו בה נגאלים, ובכתב יד מדרש תהלים: מפני כן ישראל נגאלין מיד.

I was pleased to learn during our conversation about the enhanced observance of Torah life, in accordance with the directives of our Torah of Life, in the holy community where your honor serves as the local rabbinic authority—Moshav Gimzo in our holy land, may it be rebuilt and established speedily in our days through Moshiach Tzidkeinu. In order to provide the means for building a synagogue suitable for the needs of the residents and generally to strengthen their standing regarding livelihood and economy, your honor is working on this in the United States.
Certainly our brothers, the children of Israel—compassionate and doers of kindness—not only because of their G‑dly soul but also by their natural disposition from their animal soul (see Iggeres HaKodesh by our master the Baal HaTanya and Shulchan Aruch at the end of section 12 and Tanya at the end of chapter 1), will surely respond to this matter and extend help and support. Especially since our fellow Jews in the United States have always been distinguished by their trait of charity and acts of kindness with extra strength and vigor.
May it be G‑d's will that all matters concerning Yisrael Saba everywhere be strengthened—in a manner that increases ever more light—including also your holy community, especially since those who observe Shemitah properly are "mighty ones who do His word," etc.
Very soon we will merit fulfillment of what our Sages explained (Midrash Tehillim) on the verse "Ratzita Hashem Artzecha Shavta Shvut Yaakov" (You showed favor, O L‑rd, to Your land; You restored Jacob from captivity)—that when we observe Shemitahs and all mitzvos commanded regarding it, we are redeemed. And in a handwritten version of Midrash Tehillim: therefore Israel is redeemed immediately.
