In response to your letter from the day that was doubled with goodness, along with its enclosure.

At an auspicious time you and your wife sheyichyeh will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden zechuso yagen aleinu amen, each one for what he needs according to the content of your letter.

I hope that by the time you receive this letter your wife's health has already improved.

Regarding your own health, you should consult with two expert doctors in the field and follow their instructions. The Torah has given permission to a doctor to heal. Especially when there is instruction from two doctors, as is explained about the strength of this matter in several places in Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim.

May He who gives life add to your blessing and success in all that you and your wife need—that for long days and good years you will increase in matters of Torah and mitzvos, especially in studying Chassidus—the words of the living G‑d—and particularly Chabad Chassidus.

Merit is brought about on a meritorious day; it is appropriate to mention that today is the yahrzeit (hilulah) of our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya (the halachic authority in the hidden dimension of Torah) and Shulchan Aruch (the halachic authority in the revealed dimension).
