After a longer trip, your letter from the 10th of Teves (may it soon be transformed to joy and gladness) arrived, along with the enclosed photo of the seminary and vocational school. May Hashem help that with joy and a good heart you will not only continue this most important work but also add to it and influence your surroundings so that they too will do likewise, all in an ever-increasing measure. Surely it is unnecessary to elaborate on the importance of this, and equally unnecessary to elaborate on the great wonder and pain caused here by reports of the "Araver" relationship of many Anash toward this institution, despite the many talks from my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), which were heard orally and are also available in writing regarding the utmost importance of such institutions.
May it be G‑d's will that at least from now on there will be deeper contemplation into these aforementioned talks in such a way that it leads to practical deeds in the greatest possible measure. For there is full possibility; unfortunately only the will is lacking—as is well known: "You can, you just don't want to" (Mazhes d;63636# A Nie Chatsches).
At an auspicious time I will mention all those matters you wrote about at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), and may the merit of your work for these aforementioned institutions stand by you and your family to bring good tidings in all matters you wrote about.
