The busy time of the month of Tishrei caused a delay in responding to such letters individually. Surely by now you have added in several of the matters about which you wrote and will continue to write. The more details provided in such matters, the better.

May it be G‑d's will that as we enter the seventh month—the one endowed with all good and renewal for the entire year—so too in these mentioned activities, which will surely continue throughout the year, there should be felt the awakening of this general renewal. This awakening should lead to action and an increase in activities both in quantity and quality, as well as among those involved—both by increasing the number (which includes bringing additional avrechim into these activities) and by improving their quality. The greatness of the reward is explained in many places.
