Your letter was received some time ago, including a report of your activities and regarding the meeting with the avrech... (may he live). The busy time of the month of Tishrei caused a delay in responding to such letters individually. Surely by now you have added in several of the matters about which you wrote and will continue to write. The more details provided in such matters, the better.

May it be G‑d's will that, since we are coming from the seventh month—the month that is sated with all good, and the month that is general for the whole year—so too in these mentioned activities, which will surely continue throughout the year, there should be felt the awakening of that general month. This awakening should lead to action and an increase in activities both in quantity and quality, as well as among those involved—both by increasing the number (which includes bringing additional avrechim into these activities) and by improving their quality. The greatness of the reward is explained in many places.
