און השם יתברך זאל העלפען איר זאלט אנזאגען גוטע בשורות אין דאס אויבען געזאגטע און אויך בקרוב וועגען אייער געזונט בעסערונג און צוזאמען מיט אייער מאן שי' לאורך ימים ושנים טובות זאלט איר האבען פיל אמת'ן נחת וואס דאס איז חסידות'שער נחת פון אלע אייערע קינדער שיחיו.

The Letter
The Rebbe says: Bracha v’Shalom (Blessing and Peace).
After a lengthy interruption, I was happy to get your letter dated the 12th of Shevat, in which you write about the order of the gatherings of N’shei u’B’nos Chabad in London.
And although the Rebbe says you don't mention this, of course you are working toward everything possible to increase the number of participants in the meetings and in the studies. So, increase the numbers.
Also, the Rebbe gives a suggestion on how to get the people who are already coming to be even more interested. You are looking for ways, so the Rebbe suggests: A) Increase the members and the number of participants, but also B) give the current participants the opportunity from time to time to lead and read something.
Of course, they need to prepare, but when the time comes, give them a place to be able to "give over" or things like that. The Rebbe says if you give them opportunities to teach and to be the speakers, that will get them more interested.
May the blessed Hashem help so that it should be with great success. As explained in our holy Torah, all those who do and put in effort in this area receive more blessings from the blessed Hashem in whatever they and their families need.
May the blessed Hashem help so that you should be able to notify me of good news in the above. Also, very soon your health should improve, and together with your husband for long days and good years, you should have full, true nachas—Chassidishe nachas—from all of your children, may they live with blessings.

Speaker’s Summary:
So, while the Rebbe says he hadn’t heard a report for a while, he was happy to get your letter. Even if you don't mention it, he hopes you are working to try to get more participants and to keep those who already participate more interested. One of the ways the Rebbe advises her is to give them things to read and to teach some of the classes; this will give them more effort.
The Rebbe blesses them and says the Torah states that those who do this work get more blessings from Hashem in everything that they and their families need. The Rebbe blesses them to be able to report good news in all of the above.
