After the longest break, your letter was received—without indication of when it was written—in which you write, albeit very briefly, about the farbrengen of the Festival of Redemption, Yud-Tes Kislev, in which a larger crowd participated than in previous years. As is understood from our Sages' well-known saying that wherever ten gather, the Shechinah rests—even if they are not speaking words of Torah—as stated by our Alter Rebbe in Iggeres HaKodesh section 23; how much more so when there are many times ten and they speak words of Torah and fear of Heaven. May it be G‑d's will that these words have their effect throughout the entire coming year. And as is known from what our Rebbeim have revealed to us: that this day, Yud-Tes Kislev, is Rosh Hashanah for learning Chassidus and for Chassidic ways; and it is known that "Rosh" (head) is used rather than "beginning," because the head contains within it the vitality for all limbs and draws vitality to them—that is to say, throughout the entire coming year.

I was pleased to read in your letter about reciting Tehillim before davening on Shabbos Mevorchim. May it be G‑d's will that the prayers of Ne'im Zmiros Yisrael draw additional blessing and success in all that each one needs—from soul to body.

With blessings for good news soon in general matters; through this there will certainly be an increase also in personal matters—for one depends on the other—and may you share good tidings also regarding them.
