We acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 11th of Cheshvan, and it is understandable that it is surprising at the end of your letter regarding Nshei Chabad that you do not see in practice what more you can add or do. Indeed, the entire Holy Land is open before Nshei Chabad, for in matters of holiness, no matter how good the situation is, there is always room to act and add, since holiness is infinite, etc. But it is known from our Sages: "One does not cry over the past," and since you continue that you will contemplate what you can do regarding this for the future, this is what matters most now.

May it be G‑d's will that the above will bring about an expansion of activities by Nshei U'Bnos Chabad in many areas, since this is an urgent necessity of the time, and nothing stands in the way of true will.
