במענה על מכתבו בו כותב שבדקו המזוזות[1] ונמצאו כשרות - והנה אם ודאי הדבר, אז בטח לא נקבעו ע"פ דין במקום הראוי בגובה הראוי וכו', ובכ"א שיהי' משהו בהמזוזות לא כסדר ע"פ כתבו מצב הסבתא תחי'.
ומה שנוגע לבריאות עיני', מובן שיש לעשות כהוראת רופא מומחה במקצוע, ויתייעצו עם הנמצאים על אתר באיזה מהמקומות והאופנים אודותם כותב לעשות.
ובכל אופן אין לפחוד, שהרי התורה נתנה רשות לרופא לרפאות, ומהנכון שהוא מצדו יוסיף בהתמדה ושקידה, כיון שהוא הכותב והמביא בקשת הנ"ל, ויתוסף עי"ז בברכות השי"ת בעניניו בכלל שגם מילוי בקשתו האמורה כלולה בזה.

In response to your letter in which you write that the mezuzos were checked and found to be kosher—if this is certain, then surely they were not affixed according to halachah in the proper place or at the proper height, etc., and in any case there must be something about the mezuzos not arranged properly according to halachah regarding your grandmother's situation.
As for her eye health, it is understood that one should follow the instructions of a specialist doctor in the field, and consult with those present locally regarding which places and methods he writes about implementing.
In any case, there is no need to fear, for the Torah has given permission to the doctor to heal. It is appropriate that you yourself increase your diligence and persistence in Torah study since you are the one writing and bringing this request. Through this will be added blessings from Hashem in all your matters—including fulfillment of your aforementioned request.

The Rebbe teaches that both spiritual diligence (proper mezuzah placement) and practical action (consulting medical experts) are necessary for health concerns. Trust in G‑d's blessings while responsibly following both Torah guidance and medical advice.
