במענה על מכתבה מכ"א מנ"א, בו כותבת על לימודי' עד עתה בסמינר בית רבקה אשר בכפר חב"ד ואשר רצונה חזק להמשיך בלימוד אלא שדורשים מהורי' שכר לימוד, שבמצבם עתה אין בכחם לקחת על עצמם התחייבות זו.
והנה פשוט שעלי' להמשיך בלימוד בבית ספר בית רבקה ובפרט שראתה הצלחה בזה, ולהשפיע גם על חברותי' בכיוון האמור.
ובמ"ש אודות השכר לימוד וכו' בטח ידברו הורי' שי' עוה"פ עם הנהלת בי"ס בית רבקה שגם מצדם מעונינים הם להקל העול מהורי התלמידות אלא שצ"ל אפשר, שהרי הסמינר צריך לשלם להמורות וכו' וכבר הודיעה תורתנו הק' אשר הוצאות האיש הישראלי בחינוך בניו ובנותיו לתורה ומצות, מסייעים לו במיוחד מלמעלה שיוכל לסלק כל ההתחייבות שלו.
בטח מנצלת גם ימי החופש להתקדמות בעניני יהדות וגם החבירות תי' שלה עושות כן והשי"ת יצליחן.

In response to your letter from the 21st of Menachem Av, in which you write about your studies so far at the Beis Rivkah Seminary in Kfar Chabad and your strong desire to continue learning, but they are asking your parents for tuition, which in their current situation they cannot commit to.
It is clear that you should continue studying at Beis Rivkah School, especially since you have seen success there, and you should also influence your friends in this direction.
Regarding what you wrote about the tuition and so on: surely your parents will speak again with the administration of Beis Rivkah School, who are also interested in easing the burden on students' parents. However, it must be possible since the seminary needs to pay teachers and so forth. Our holy Torah has already stated that when it comes to a Jewish person's expenses for educating his sons and daughters in Torah and mitzvos, he receives special assistance from Above so he can fulfill all his obligations.
Surely you are also using the vacation days for advancement in matters of Judaism, and your friends are doing so as well. May Hashem grant you all success.
