In response to your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh with the enclosed pan, which will be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal l'havdil ben chayim mezakeh zichro yagen aleinu. It is understood that one must continue striving so that the avrechim will persist in learning Chassidus. Certainly, this will be sustained if from time to time you and all other Anash meet with them, as opposed to leaving them on their own. With contemplation, you will surely find several ways to bring this matter into action.

Enclosed is a copy of what was discussed during the farbrengen of Shabbos Mevarchim Tammuz. Surely in your camp as well there will be a farbrengen on the upcoming Festival of Redemption, and the inspiration will continue throughout the year wherever your influence reaches. May it be G‑d's will that this be with outstanding success.

P.S. According to what has been heard here, if you become more involved in the matter of Chalav Yisrael, it will be more enduring and enhanced. As our Sages say: "A person is not suspected unless there is something [to suspect], especially when there were already indications beforehand."
