In response to your letter from Erev Rosh Chodesh Sivan, in which you write about founding and managing a day camp (day camp) in your area. It is understood that first and foremost, you must hold a joint meeting with the administration of the Tomchei Temimim Yeshiva of Montreal, from whom I have requested this matter for several years and on several occasions—especially since both in the camp's administration and among those who will benefit from the camp, certainly the most significant portion will be students of the yeshiva.

May it be Hashem's will that through everyone's consultation together, they will truly decide what is best for the Jewish children in Montreal—and there is no good except Torah and mitzvah illuminated by the light within Torah; this is the light and vitality of Chassidus.

Certainly you are in contact with those involved in organizing the Lag BaOmer parade here, so as to coordinate future activities and learn from each other's experience based on their past efforts.
