ובמה שכותב אשר כבד פה הוא, יחקוק במוחו הענין אשר השם יתברך ויתעלה משגיח על כל אחד ואחד בהשגחה פרטית, ואשר השם יתברך הוא עצם הטוב ולכן אין לפחוד משום אדם, וכשיהיה חזק באמונה זו, במילא לא יתרגש כשירצה להתחיל לדבר לפני בני אדם וידבר בנחת. ואז לאט לאט יוטב חיתוך הדבור שלו. ובכלל אין זה מעכבו משידוכים טובים ויתעסק בזה גם בדרכי הטבע על ידי ידידים ומכירים יחפש אשר יראת ה' מבלי להתענין בעניני טפל דטפל ואז יצליח בהאמור.

In response to your letter: when you write your name and your mother's name, you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, for a good match and general success.
Regarding what you write about having difficulty speaking: engrave in your mind the idea that the blessed and exalted Name watches over each individual with Divine Providence, and that the blessed Name is the essence of goodness. Therefore, there is no reason to fear any person. When you are strong in this faith, you will not become agitated when you wish to begin speaking before people and will speak calmly. Then, gradually, your speech articulation will improve.
In general, this does not prevent you from good matches; you should pursue this also through natural means—by seeking with friends and acquaintances—looking for someone who fears Hashem without concerning yourself with trivial matters. Then you will succeed as mentioned.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that faith in G‑d's providence brings confidence even in areas of personal challenge like speech. Difficulties should not deter one from pursuing important life goals such as shidduchim; with trust in G‑d and practical effort, success will come.
