מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבם בצירוף הפ"כ, ואחכה להמשך בשורות טובות בהענינים אודותם כותבים, ויהי רצון שיהיו מתאימים לדרישת וגם הכרח השעה, וכמו שנדבר זה כמה פעמים, שכיון שדורשים זה מאתנו בודאי שניתנו מראש היכולת והכחות למלאות הדרישה ואין הדבר תלוי אלא ברצון, והדיוק בזה ע"פ המבואר בדא"ח בכ"מ בחילוק דחפץ ורצון, שהראשון שהוא תענוג ופנימיות הרצון, הרי החפץ תמיד ישנו, יעוין תניא סוף פרק מ"א והוא מתאים למ"ש הרמב"ם הלכות גרושין סוף פרק ב'.
ויהי רצון שתהיינה כל הפעולות בהצלחה מופלגה.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter with the attached report, and I await further good news regarding the matters about which you write. May it be G‑d's will that these matters align with both the demand and the necessity of the time. As has been discussed many times: since this is demanded of us, surely from the outset we have been given the ability and strength to fulfill this demand; all that depends is our will. The precision in this is based on what is explained in Chassidus in many places regarding the difference between 'chefetz' (delight) and 'ratzon' (will)—the former being pleasure and the inner aspect of will, so that delight always exists; see Tanya at the end of chapter 41, which aligns with what Maimonides writes at the end of Hilchos Gerushin chapter 2.
May it be G‑d's will that all activities be carried out with outstanding success.

The Rebbe teaches that when we are called upon for urgent action in our time, we are also granted from Above all necessary abilities—the only thing needed is our will. By aligning our actions with inner delight and purpose, we can achieve extraordinary success.
