שלום וברכה!
מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו, מכתב ברכה,
וברך לקחתי ואשיבנו, שיתברך בברכתו של הקב"ה שתוספתו מרובה על העיקר וכמ"ש ואברכה מברכיך,
ובפרט בסגולת ימים אלו דזמן חירותנו, יהי רצון שיושפע חירות אמיתית, חירות מדאגות בגשם ומדאגות ברוח - מכל דבר המעכב עבודת ה' בשמחה ובטוב לבב,
ולהמשיך מחירות ושמחה זו בימי כל השנה כולה.
ובפרט שעבודת השם, כמצווה עלינו בתורתנו תורת חיים, הרי היא בכל עניני האדם ובמשך כל היום וכל הלילה, וכמו שנאמר בכל דרכיך דעהו. ועיין רפ"ה מז"פ להרמב"ם.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge receipt of your letter, a letter of blessing, and I have accepted your blessing and return it: May you be blessed with the blessing of the Holy One, blessed be He, whose addition is far greater than the principal itself, as it is written: 'Va'avarecha Mevarechecha' ("I will bless those who bless you"). Especially in the merit of these days—Zeman Cheiruteinu (the season of our freedom)—may it be His will that true freedom be bestowed upon you: freedom from material worries and spiritual worries—from anything that hinders serving Hashem with joy and gladness of heart. May this freedom and joy extend throughout the entire year.
Especially since serving Hashem—as we are commanded in our Torah, the Torah of Life—applies to all aspects of a person's life and at all times, day and night, as it is said: 'Bechol Derachecha Da'eihu' ("In all your ways know Him"). See also Rambam's Hilchot Yesodei HaTorah chapter 5.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that true freedom means being liberated from all worries—both material and spiritual—that hinder joyful Divine service. This blessing is especially relevant during Pesach but should inspire us to serve Hashem with joy throughout the entire year.
