והנה על דא וכגון דא אמרו רז"ל שאדם קרוב אצל עצמו ונוגע בדבר, ולכן אינו נאמן לא לזכות ולא וכו',
ולכן יציע את פרטי הענינים בהנוגע להשפעתו על התלמידים, להנהלת הישיבה ויסמוך על הוראתם... ויהי רצון שסו"ס ינצל כשרונותיו באופן הטוב לפניו באמת והשי"ת יצליחו.

In response to your letter from the end of Adar, in which you write about your dissatisfaction with your impact and influence on the students, etc.
Our Sages say that a person is close to himself and is therefore considered partial; thus, he is not believed either to his own merit or otherwise. Therefore, you should present the details regarding your influence on the students to the yeshiva administration and rely on their guidance.
May it be G‑d's will that you will ultimately utilize your talents in the best way before Him in truth, and may Hashem grant you success.
