ולהמשיך מחירות ושמחה זו בימי כל השנה כולה, ולהוסיף אומץ בעבודתן במסגרת נשי ובנות חב"ד ולהחזקת היהדות והפצתה בכלל,
והובטחנו אשר בורא העולם נותן התורה והמצוה יוסיף על ידי זה בברכותיו בכל המצטרך לכל המשתדלות בזה הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות.

As we approach the Festival of Matzos, the season of our freedom, which is coming upon us and all Israel for good. I hereby express my blessing for a kosher and joyous holiday and for true freedom—freedom from material worries and from spiritual worries.
May this freedom and joy continue throughout the entire year, and may you increase your strength in your work within the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad framework to strengthen Judaism and spread it in general. We have been assured that the Creator of the world, Giver of the Torah and mitzvah, will add through this to His blessings in all that is needed for all those who strive in this—both materially and spiritually.
