לאחרי הפסק הארוך נתקבל מכתבו מח' טבת עם הפ"נ המוסגרים בו שיקראו בעת רצון על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
בו כותב בהנוגע לפעולותיהם והסידורים בזמן לימודים זה, ואשר הוסיפו באיזה ענינים בהנוגע ללימודים וגם להתועדות עם המלמדים והמחונכים ויה"ר שתהי' הוספה בכמות והוספה באיכות ולא יסתפקו בכגון דא אלא הלוך והוסיף, והרי רואים במוחש ממש הצלחה המושפעת ע"י התעוררות ר"ר של נשיאנו רבתנו הק' זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע [ואין מנצלים אותה כדי צרכה ואפילו שלא בערך ג"כ לא, אלא שלדאבון לא רק בהת"ת נוהגים בכזה, כוונתי לניצול הברכה וההצלחה הנשפעת מלמעלה אלא גם בשאר מוסדות אנ"ש וכמו בית רבקה תו"ת וכו' וכבר ידוע דבר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר באחת משיחותיו בחיים חיותו בעלמא דין, עס וועט באלד קומען די צייט (כוונתו על הזמן שלאחרי ביאת משיח צדקנו) אז מי וועט זיך חאפען פארן קאפ, עס איז געווען אזא טייערע צייט און מי האט דאס ניט אויסגעניצט וכו').
מהנכון לעורר את... אשר גם הוא מודה שראה נפלאות השי"ת בהנוגע לעצמו, שימשיך נפלאות אלו בעניני תורה ומצותי' שאז נאחזים הם למטה מעשרה טפחים וממשיכים פעולתם לאורך ימים ושנים, ויה"ר שימצא אותיות המתאימות להסביר להנ"ל ותפעלנה פעולה הדרושה...

After the long break, your letter from the 8th of Teves was received, along with the enclosed pan, which will be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nbg"m zy"a.
You write regarding your activities and arrangements during this period of study, and that you have added in certain matters related to learning as well as in gatherings with teachers and students. May it be His will that there be an increase both in quantity and quality, and that you not be satisfied with this but continue to grow further. We see tangibly real success that is bestowed through the arousal of mercy from our holy Rebbe nbg"m zy"a. [Yet this is not being utilized as it should be—not even close; unfortunately, this is not only the case in the Talmud Torah regarding utilizing the blessing and success bestowed from Above, but also in other Anash institutions such as Beis Rivkah, Tiferes Talmud Torah, etc. It is already known what my revered father-in-law said in one of his talks during his lifetime: The time will soon come (referring to after the coming of Moshiach Tzidkeinu) when people will grab their heads and say: "It was such a precious time and we did not make use of it," etc.]
It is appropriate to inspire ... who also admits he has seen wonders from Hashem regarding himself, that he should continue these wonders in matters of Torah and mitzvos; then they are grasped below ten handbreadths and their effect continues for many days and years. May you find suitable words to explain this to him so it will have the desired effect...
