וכבר נתבאר באחת ההתועדות ע"פ המבואר באחרונים שהמשתתפים בחלוקות כאלו, ה"ז כאילו למדו כל הש"ס במשך שנה זו ויה"ר שיהי' הלימוד חדור אור וחום חסידותי גופא דאורייתא חדור נשמתא דאורייתא וכמבואר בזוה"ק (חלק ג' קנב, א).

I acknowledge receipt of your letter and have conveyed your good wish to participate in the division of Shas that takes place here on a clear day, Yud-Tes Kislev, the day of our redemption and the liberation of our soul, along with your request that it be from the tractates studied in the daily daf yomi cycle.
It has already been explained at one of the farbrengens, based on what is clarified by later authorities, that those who participate in such divisions are considered as if they have studied the entire Shas during that year. May it be G‑d's will that your study be permeated with chassidic light and warmth—Torah itself infused with the soul of Torah—as explained in Zohar (part III, 152a).
