The wax candles to be used for lighting Chanukah candles have been received—thank you very much.

May it be His will that in accordance with the laws of Chanukah, each individual among the Jewish people will continue to increase and ascend in holiness until it reaches outward—especially through spreading the wellsprings outward—until "the night will shine like day" with the imminent coming of our righteous Moshiach, who is one of the eight princes among men (see Torah Or 33d, 34c).

With blessings for an illuminating and ever-increasing Chanukah.

P.S. In accordance with this Zohar passage II:128a (see Sifra d'Charshi where Ashmedai taught King Shlomo: anyone who wishes to rid himself of an impure spirit or subdue another spirit must acquire that item for its full price, whatever is demanded whether little or much), a protest is enclosed.

It is worth noting regarding the matter of eight threads of tzitzit—tzitzit comes from the word "yatzitz nezro," meaning "his crown will shine."

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that by increasing in holiness and spreading Chassidus outward—like the light of Chanukah—we help bring about redemption. Every mitzvah done with care and intention adds light to the world and hastens Moshiach's arrival.
