Shalom u'Vrachah!

With pleasure I received your letter from the 25th of Cheshvan, informing me of your return and ascent to Eretz HaKodesh in good order and peace, and that you delivered regards from here during a Chassidic gathering which surely took place with the joy of a mitzvah and an awakening to Torah and its mitzvos. Based on the well-known teaching that joy breaks through barriers and limitations, may it be G‑d's will that this too will add to breaking down the limitations and barriers of the negative side, and afterwards even those matters that limit from holiness itself—limitations of holiness.

And soon may we merit the fulfillment of the prophecy "u'faratzta yamah kedmah... nachalah bli metzarim" (and you shall spread out westward, eastward... an inheritance without boundaries), for which the prerequisite is spreading the wellsprings without limitation. May it be G‑d's will that the merit of the one celebrating will help each individual in this dissemination with health, expanded understanding, and true joy.
