... וביותר תמיהני עליו אשר זכה שבורא העולם בחסדו הכי גדול מראה לו ולזוגתו וב"ב שי' נסים גלוים (והלואי לא הי' מעורר ספק בהנוגע להעבור וגם בהנוגע לקריאת השם שהיו הנסים עוד יותר במילואם), ואף שאין אתנו יודע עד מה קרוב לודאי שחלק חשוב בזה הוא עבודתו בקדש ב... מוסדות חינוך של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, ולאחרי כל זה מביט על עבודתו כענין של הכרח ועשיית טובה לזולתו, ואשר רק משום הפרנסה גשמית כאילו מוכרח להתעסק בזה, וק"ל, ובפרט שאין רצוני להאריך בדבר המצער וכו'.
ויה"ר שכיון שנמצאים אנו בחדש זה אשר המלך נמצא בשדה ומקבל את כאו"א בפנים שוחקות (ראה לקו"ת דברים לב, ב בארוכה), יקבל גם בקשות כאו"א מעסקני... וגם אני בתוכם שיתמסרו כולם סוכ"ס לפעולות בביסוס הגדלת והרחבת... ככל האפשרי ולהעמיד תלמידים זרע ברך ה'.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור, ולכוח"ט לו ולכל ב"ב שיחיו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I am especially astonished at him, who merited that the Creator of the world in His greatest kindness showed him and his wife and family open miracles (and if he had not raised doubts regarding the pregnancy and also regarding the naming, the miracles would have been even more complete), and although none of us can truly know, it is almost certain that an important part of this is due to his holy work in the educational institutions of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel. Yet after all this, he views his work as a matter of necessity and as doing a favor for others, and only because of material livelihood does he feel compelled to engage in it. This is clear, especially since I do not wish to elaborate on something distressing, etc.
May it be G‑d's will that since we are now in this month when the King is in the field and receives everyone with a smiling face (see Likkutei Torah Devarim 32b at length), He will also accept everyone's requests—including those active in...—and mine among them: that all will ultimately devote themselves to activities strengthening, increasing, and expanding... as much as possible and raising students who are "seed blessed by Hashem."
With blessings for good news in all the above and for a good inscription for him and all his family.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that witnessing miracles should inspire gratitude and joyful dedication to one's holy work. Especially during Elul, when divine closeness is heightened, one should embrace their mission in education as a privilege rather than a burden.
