לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מי"ד מנ"א, בו כותב אודות ההתועדות דיום הבהיר יום הגאולה והסדרים בימי החופש, ולפלא קצת שכנראה עושים צמצומים בביה"ס דנערות אף כי הצמצום ע"י צירוף כתות וכיו"ב, בה בשעה שעתה הוא הזמן להתרחבות והתפשטות ולא לעמידה במצב אחד ועאכו"כ שלא לצמצומים, ואפשר יש עוד לתקן גם בהנוגע לימי החופש, ועאכו"כ לסדר לימודים כסדרם, וכדאי שיתדבר בדבר זה עם הרה"ג כו' הרבא"ג שי', וכן בהנוגע לקנין בית מתאים, ומובן שיכול לכתוב שעושה זה ע"פ הצעתי.

After the longest break, your letter from the 14th of Menachem Av was received, in which you write about the farbrengen on the bright day of redemption and about the arrangements during vacation days. It is somewhat surprising that apparently there are reductions being made in the girls' school, even if these reductions are by combining classes and similar measures. At a time like this, it is a period for expansion and spreading out—not for remaining stagnant and certainly not for reductions. Perhaps there is still room to correct matters regarding vacation days as well, and all the more so to arrange studies as they should be. It would be worthwhile for you to discuss this matter with Haraha"g etc. Harabag Gorodetzky, and also regarding acquiring a suitable building. You may state that you are acting on my suggestion.
Enclosed is the booklet recently published; surely you will share its content with many, and the merit of the public depends on you.
