אף שאין מזכירות ע"ד זה בודאי מנצלות ימי חופש הנוער מבתי הספר, שחלק מהם מסתובבים ברחובות ללא מטרה מסוימה בכדי לארגנם בכתות או קבוצות מתאימות ולהעניקם בענין של תוכן, ומהנכון שיעוררו גם שאר הסניפים ע"ד פעולה זו כי רב ערכה.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 26th of Tammuz, after the longest pause, and I was pleased to read that classes and regular meetings are being held. Surely Anash will assist you regarding lectures and similar matters, as I have already encouraged some of them in this regard.
Even though there is no mention of this, you are surely making use of the youth's vacation days from school—when some wander the streets without a specific purpose—to organize them into suitable classes or groups and provide them with meaningful content. It would be appropriate to inspire other branches to undertake this activity as well, for it is very valuable.
I hope that the shluchim here conveyed my regards, and your meeting together will surely bring benefit in several areas. May it be G‑d's will that this benefit continues throughout the year with success.
