לאחרי ההפסק הארוך נתקבל מכתבו מכ"ז תמוז. ומ"ש שנוסע לשם מפני עניני בריאות הגוף, הנה אין זה אלא לבוש הטבע וכמבואר בכ"מ ובקונטרס ומעין על הכתוב וברכך ה' אלקיך בכל אשר תעשה, שעניני האדם זקוקים הם הלבשה בטבע ובפרט בזמן הגלות, אבל פנימית הכוונה היא שישמש צנור דרך בו יבואו המעינות תורת החסידות הדרכותי' ומנהגי' להאנשים ולהבחורים בפרט הנמצאים עתה בסביבתו, ולכן עליו להתאמץ בזה ככל האפשרי, ובודאי שאין בזה סתירה לעניני הבריאות כיון שדי זמן לזה וגם לזה, ופעולותיו בהפצת המעינות תוסיפנה בברכות השי"ת בעניניו הפרטים ובבריאותו ביחוד.

After the long pause, your letter from the 27th of Tammuz was received.
Regarding what you wrote about traveling there for reasons of bodily health: this is merely a garment of nature, as explained in many places and in the pamphlet Uma'ayan on the verse 'uVerachacha Hashem Elokecha bechol asher ta'aseh' ("and the L‑rd your G‑d will bless you in all that you do"), that a person's matters require being clothed in nature—especially during exile. However, the inner intent is that it should serve as a conduit through which the wellsprings of Chassidus—its teachings and customs—will reach people and especially the young men currently in your surroundings. Therefore, you should strive in this as much as possible. Certainly, there is no contradiction to matters of health since there is enough time for both, and your efforts in spreading the wellsprings will increase Hashem's blessings in your personal matters and especially your health.
I await good news regarding all of the above.
