במענה על מכתבו מכ"ד תמוז, ולפלא ההפסק במכתבים וכן שתיקתו בהם בהנוגע להשתתפותו בשיעורים הנלמדים ברבים בהנוגע לשיעוריו בפ"ע ובהנוגע להפצת המעינות (עד שיגיעו גם) חוצה, והרי כבר מבואר בכ"מ אשר כל האמור הם הן הצנור והכלים להמשכת ברכות השי"ת בהמצטרך לאדם ולב"ב, ויה"ר שעכ"פ מכאן ולהבא יעשה ככל הדרוש, ועוד זאת שיעשה מתאים להאמור באגה"ת פרק ט' כשצריכים לתשובה על העבר הי' רגיל לקרות דף אחד יקרא ב' דפים כו'.
במ"ש שקבל ההצעה לעבוד בתור... יהי רצון שיצליח בזה מתוך עבודה מסורה ונתונה שעי"ז יגרום נח"ר למייסד הכפר ומנהלו הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, ובודאי ששכרו יהי' גם בזה בהנוגע לו ולב"ב שיחיו בעניניהם הפרטים.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 24th of Tammuz, I am surprised by the gap in correspondence as well as your silence regarding your participation in public study sessions, your personal learning sessions, and your efforts to spread the wellsprings (until they reach even) outside. It is already explained in many places that all of the above are the channels and vessels for drawing down the blessings of Hashem in all that a person and his family need. May it be His will that at least from now on you will do all that is required. Furthermore, you should act according to what is stated in Iggeres HaTeshuvah chapter 9: when one needs to correct the past—if he was accustomed to reading one page, he should read two pages, etc.
Regarding what you wrote about receiving an offer to work as... May it be His will that you succeed in this with devoted and dedicated effort so that you bring nachas ruach (pleasure) to the founder of the village and its director—my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal—and certainly your reward will be both in this matter and regarding yourself and your family members in their individual matters.
Blessings for good news in all of the above with proper physical health and proper spiritual health.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that active involvement in communal Torah study, personal growth, and spreading Chassidus are essential channels for G‑d's blessings. Diligence in these areas brings both spiritual and material benefit for oneself and one's family.
