לאחרי השתיקה הכי ארוכה, נעם לי לקבל זה עתה המכתב דכ' באייר, פ"כ אסיפתם ע"ד עתידו של הסמינר והחלטות אשר נתקבלו על ידם, אשר תקותי חזקה שבמשך השבועות שעברו מאז נגשו להגשמתן ובמרץ הדרוש, ויה"ר אשר יעשו ככל יכולתם ועוד יותר מתאים לההבטחה, אשר רצון האדם לעשות טוב מגדיל יכולתו ותשרה שכינה במעשה ידיהם שתהי' הצלחה מופלגה.
כי נחיצות הענין ולא רק החזקתו אלא התרחבותו והתפשטותו בכל המובנים נחוצה ומוכרחת, ואפשר לומר גם חיונית, ושעת הכושר הוא עתה להרבות חילים בזה ולא רק בהנוגע לזמן לימודים הבע"ל שיהי' לאחרי איזה חדשים אלא גם בשיפור המצב במשך השבועות עד זמן לימודים זה, וגם בניצול ימי הקיץ, לתועלת ענין הכי גדול ונעלה זה, ומובן אשר ההבטחה הסיוע מצדי בל"נ במקומה עומדת עד שיתבסס המוסד גם בהנוגע לצד הגשמי, ומובטחני שכאו"א מאנ"ש אשר באה"ק ת"ו והיכולים לסייע בזה ישתפו פעולה עמהם להקים דור בנות שתהיינה לגאון ולתפארת חב"ד ובמשך הזמן בונות בתים בישראל בנינים עדי עד.

To the administration of the seminary for girls in Kfar Chabad, may G‑d be upon them for life.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
After the longest silence, I was pleased to receive just now your letter from Iyar 22, reporting on your meeting regarding the future of the seminary and the decisions you made. My strong hope is that in the weeks since then you have begun implementing them with the necessary enthusiasm. May it be G‑d's will that you do all you can and even more, as it is promised that a person's desire to do good increases his ability, and may the Shechinah rest upon your handiwork so that there will be outstanding success.
The necessity of this matter—not only its maintenance but also its expansion and spreading in every respect—is needed and essential; one could even say vital. Now is an opportune time to increase efforts in this area—not only regarding preparations for the upcoming school year after several months but also by improving matters during these weeks until then, as well as utilizing the summer days for the benefit of this most important and lofty endeavor.
It is understood that my promise of assistance—G‑d willing—remains in place until the institution is established even regarding its material side. I am confident that each member of Anash in Eretz HaKodesh who can help will cooperate with you to raise a generation of girls who will be a pride and glory for Chabad and, over time, build everlasting Jewish homes in Israel.
I await good news in detail about all of this and sign with a blessing for outstanding success.
