לאחרי ההפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבם מכ"ב אייר עם המוסגר בו, ויה"ר שמכאן ולהבא תתרבה ההצלחה בעבודתם בקדש ויעבדו בה בשמחה ובטוב לבב, שגם עי"ז תתוסף ההצלחה עוד יותר, וכמובן ע"פ המבואר בדא"ח בכ"מ פעולת שמחה של מצוה ומרומז ג"כ בהפתגם המובא בדא"ח שמחה פורץ גדר, והרי מסוגלים ימים אלו דהכנה למתן תורה להאמור, שהרי במ"ת הקדימו נעשה לנשמע והי' זה מאהבה רבה וכתוכן מרז"ל כפה עליהם הר כגיגית, אברהם שקראו הר (תו"א למגילת אסתר, צ"ו ד') אלא שאז מודעא רבה לאורייתא כי כפה עליהם, משא"כ בזמננו הרי זה נעשה בדרך אתעדל"ת.
מוסג"פ העתק מכתבי כללי, שאף ששייך לנשי ובנות חב"ד, בטח יש בתוכנו גם ענינים שיוכלו לנצלם בעבודתם בקדש, הם.

After the longest break, your letter from 22 Iyar was received with its enclosure. May it be His will that from now on your success in holy work will increase and you will serve with joy and gladness of heart; through this your success will increase even more. This is obvious according to what is explained many times in Chassidus about the effect of joy in mitzvah performance, as alluded to in the saying brought in Chassidus: "Simchah poretz geder" (Joy breaks through barriers). These days are especially suited for this—the days of preparation for Matan Torah—since at Matan Torah they preceded "na'aseh" to "nishma," and this was out of great love. As our Sages say: "He held the mountain over them like a barrel." Avraham called it a mountain (see Torah Or on Megillas Esther 96d). However, then it was a great notification regarding the Torah because He forced it upon them; whereas in our times it is done through our own initiative (hisorerus d'letata).
Enclosed is a copy of my general letter which, although addressed to Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, certainly contains matters that you can utilize in your holy work as well.
As we approach Shavuos, as my revered father-in-law the Rebbe would say: May we all merit together to receive the Torah with joy and inwardness.
It is surprising that during the visit of the bachur Birotso—he did not also visit the Reshet school.
