I acknowledge receipt of your letters from the 20th, 22nd, and 23rd of Iyar, regarding the appropriate place to build the yeshiva.

I have already written in my previous letter the general point on this matter: that it should be as far as possible from vocational schools, since the study schedules in both are not alike. From among the plots that fit this condition, you should discuss on site which to choose, and may Hashem grant you success.

It is surprising that you do not mention in your letter any activities by those who traveled on the bright day of Lag BaOmer, the yahrzeit of Rashbi. Surely you will also utilize the days of Shavuos, the time of our receiving the Torah, in an appropriate manner. May it be His will that it be successful.

As we approach Shavuos, as my revered father-in-law said: "May it be His will that we all merit to receive the Torah with joy and inwardness."
