לאחרי ההפסק הארוך נתקבל מכתבן מל' ניסן, נוסף על הפ"ש ע"י הרבנית מרת חוה גורארי' שתליט"א, ויהי רצון שכשם שבמכתבן זה מבשרות אודות החזקת הפעולות והרחבתן, הרי במכתביהן הבאים יודיעו ובפרטיות הדרושה אודות הרחבת הפעולות עוד יותר מתאים לדרישת השעה, שבטוחני שתהיינה גם כן בהצלחה, וביחוד נעם לי לקרות אודות הרעיון דיסוד מועדון בתוכן דתי בשביל הנוער, שלפי המצב זהו אחד הענינים היותר נחוצים, ובודאי גם נקודה זו ירחיבוה, וכוונתי כפשוטה, ביסוד עוד מועדונים ובהרחבת המועדון שיסדו כבר.
כן ברצוני להדגיש כאן עוד הפעם, על דבר התועלת הכי גדולה הנשקפת מהשפעת החבירות דנשי ובנות חב"ד על האמהות דתלמידים-ות הלומדים במוסדות חינוך חב"ד, כי מלבד שעל ידי זה מחזקים את הקשרים בין התלמידים-ות והחינוך על טהרת הקדש שמקבלים, הנה גם בהנוגע לההורים עצמם, יש לקוות לשינוים גדולים וטובים, כיון שכבר מוכשרים במקצת על כל פנים על ידי העובדא שבנם או בתם מבקרים במוסד חינוך של חב"ד, ועל ידי התאמצות הדרושה והתייעצות עם הנהלת המוסדות, בטח תוכלנה לתכנן פעולותיהן שיביאו לתוצאות הכי גדולות וטובות.
מהנכון שיודיעו עכ"פ השערה אודות הוצאות הכרוכות ביסוד מועדון על דרך האמור.

After the long pause, your letter from the 30th of Nissan was received, in addition to the regards via the Rebbetzin Mrs. Chava Gourarie, may she live and be well. May it be G‑d's will that just as in this letter you report about maintaining and expanding your activities, so too in your future letters you will inform—in the necessary detail—about expanding activities even more, in accordance with the needs of the time. I am certain these efforts will also be successful.
I was especially pleased to read about the idea of founding a religious club for youth. Given the current situation, this is one of the most necessary matters. Surely you will also expand on this point—and I mean literally: by founding additional clubs and expanding the club you have already established.
I would also like to emphasize again the great benefit that comes from the influence of Chabad women and girls on the mothers of students learning in Chabad educational institutions. Not only does this strengthen the connection between students and the pure education they receive, but regarding the parents themselves there is hope for significant positive changes. This is because they are already somewhat prepared by virtue of their child attending a Chabad institution. With proper effort and consultation with school administration, you can surely plan activities that will yield the greatest and best results.
It would be appropriate for you to at least provide an estimate regarding expenses involved in founding a club as mentioned above.
