הנה יה"ר שיהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד, היינו שיהי' קנין בית (וכמבואר בדא"ח ענין הקנין, שדוקא בעולם האצי' נקרא קנין מפני דאיהו וחיוהי וגרמוהי חד, ועי"ז קונים בית) ברוחניות כמבואר בדרושי מזמור שיר חנוכת הבית בלקו"ת ובסידור, ועד"ז בסופו של המשך מים רבים ועוד. שבד"מ ישתלשל ג"כ בקנין הבית כפשוטו, בית מאושר בכל הפרטים.
ויהי רצון שיוכל לבשר טוב בקרוב גם ע"ד שידוך מתאים ובנין בית בישראל של בתו מרת... תחי'.

In response to your message about acquiring the house. May it be G‑d's will that it should be at an auspicious and successful time, both materially and spiritually together—that is, that there should be an acquisition of a house (as explained in Chassidus regarding the concept of acquisition, that only in the world of Atzilus is it called an acquisition because "He and His life-force and His vessels are one," and through this one acquires a house) in the spiritual sense as explained in the discourses on Mizmor Shir Chanukas HaBayis in Likkutei Torah and in the Siddur, and similarly at the end of the hemshech Mayim Rabim, etc. Generally, this also descends into the actual acquisition of a house—a happy home in every detail.
And may it be G‑d's will that you will soon be able to share good news also regarding a suitable shidduch and building a Jewish home for your daughter Mrs. ... may she live.
