... מצערים השמועות אשר כנראה לקוי' ההתאמה שבין המנהלים והמורים ומורות, עד שישנם מקומות שבא להסדר דאיש כל הישר בעיניו יעשה, ומוכרח להפסיק בלתי סדר זה בהחלט הכי גדול, וכבר ידוע עד כמה הקפידו נשיאינו הק' על המשמעת בכגון דא, ובפרט שאי אפשר שלא יגע במשמעת של תלמידים-ות כלפי המורים ומנהל...
מובן שכיון שגם המנהל או חברי הנהלה הכללית, בו"ד הם עלולים גם הם לטעות.
אבל כיון שפב"פ נתמנה למנהל או להנהלה הכללית, וכל המאמין בדברי רז"ל מאמין גם במאמרם אשר אפילו ריש גרגותא משמיא קא ממני לי' - במילא (יש לו להגיש תלונה על הוראת המנהל או ההנהלה העומדת על גביהם בצירוף כל הטענות לשלילת ההוראה וכיו"ב, ולבקש לדון בזה בהקדם הכי אפשרי, אם הבעיא דחופה היא, אבל) אין להרוס מוסד כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע על ידי מלחמה במנהל, ועשי' היפך הוראותיו תומ"י על דעת עצמו וכיו"ב, ואין להאריך בדבר המובן ופשוט. ויה"ר שיבשרוני טוב בתיקון הנ"ל בהקדם הכי אפשרי...

...It is distressing to hear reports that apparently there is a lack of harmony between the administrators and the teachers—both male and female—to the point that in some places it has led to a situation where everyone does as they see fit. It is absolutely necessary to put an end to this disorder in the strongest possible terms. It is well known how much our holy leaders were particular about discipline in such matters, especially since it is impossible that this will not affect the discipline of students toward their teachers and principal...
It is understood that even a principal or members of the general administration can also make mistakes. However, since so-and-so has been appointed as principal or to the general administration—and anyone who believes in the words of our Sages also believes their statement that even a head of a water carrier crew is appointed from Heaven—it follows (that one should submit a complaint about a directive from the principal or administration above them, including all arguments against the directive and similar matters, and request that this be discussed as soon as possible if it is an urgent issue), but one must not destroy the institution of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—may his merit protect us—by waging war against the principal or by acting contrary to his instructions on one's own initiative and similar actions. There is no need to elaborate on something so obvious and simple.
May it be G‑d's will that you bring me good news regarding correcting the above as soon as possible...
