Shalom u'Vrachah!
With pain I read your letter in which you write about ... may they live, and the change that is evident in their education. My pain is twofold: both regarding the change you describe in your letter, and even more so that the cause is not recognized, nor its solution...
It is already known the saying of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, that the lesson from Pesach Sheni is "az men hot noch nit farshpetigt" (that it is never too late). May it be G‑d's will that at least now—as is commonly said by the Rav—one should throw oneself into the matter of educating girls on a foundation of holiness, with unity of mind and coordinated actions, with the ultimate goal to fulfill the will of our Father in Heaven: to educate girls to be faithful to G‑d and His Torah, a Torah of life, and His mitzvos without compromise. It is understood and obvious that such an education will bring them true happiness not only regarding the World to Come but even more so in our world—the world of action—happiness in spiritual matters and happiness in material matters. For now, this depends on the parents... because they have full ability to arrange all this in the best possible way; it depends only on their will...
With blessing.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that even when decline is evident in girls' education, it is never too late for parents to unite and act decisively. By prioritizing uncompromised Torah values at home, parents can secure both spiritual and material happiness for their daughters.
