במענה על מכתבו, כבקשתו אזכירו ואת ב"ב שיחיו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, ויה"ר שימלא השי"ת משאלות לבבו לטובה בבנים זכרים ויגדלום ביחד עם בתם תחי' לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים, וגדול זכות התעסקותו בחינוך בני ישראל על טהרת הקדש למילוי בקשתו האמורה שהרי מדתו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה וכל המלמד את בן חבירו תורה או משתדל בזה כו'.
במה שכותב אודות החיכוכים שהיו בינו והמלמד עם אביו של אחד התלמידים. -
הנה אף שצודק שמוכרח להחזיק המשמעת בהשגחה ובמילא יש להסתייג מענין המחליש ומקלקל, לאידך גיסא צריך לחפש דרך ואופן שמן הצד ישפיעו על האב הנ"ל שימשיך לשלוח את בנו להתלמוד תורה (באופן שלא יוודע שמהם באו הדברים בכדי לשמור על המשמעת), וגם על זה נאמר ותשועה ברוב יועץ.
תקותי אף שאינו מזכיר את זה, שמשתתף בהתועדויות בין אנ"ש שיחיו שמכניס אור וחיות בלימוד התורה ומצותי'.

In response to your letter, as you requested, I will mention you and your family at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal. May it be G‑d's will that He fulfill your heart's desires for good with sons and that you raise them together with your daughter for Torah, marriage, and good deeds. The great merit of your involvement in educating Jewish children in purity strengthens this request, for the attribute of the Holy One is measure for measure; whoever teaches another's child Torah or strives in this area etc.
Regarding what you write about the disagreements between you and the teacher with the father of one of the students: Even though you are correct that it is necessary to maintain discipline in supervision and therefore one must avoid anything that weakens or damages it, on the other hand one should seek a way and manner so that outsiders will influence that father to continue sending his son to Talmud Torah (in a way that it will not be known that it came from them in order to preserve discipline). On this too it is said: "Salvation comes with much counsel."
I hope—even though you do not mention it—that you participate in gatherings among Anash which bring light and vitality into Torah study and mitzvah observance.
