I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 8th of Nissan with its enclosure. I was pleased to read that you have seen firsthand that the heart of Israel is awake to Torah and mitzvot, and all that is needed is someone to awaken it. May it be G‑d's will that you increase your visits in such matters and succeed in them, serving as a living example for other members of Anash so they may see and do likewise.

Although it seems we have not yet merited for these activities to be done within the Chabad framework—which would certainly add more light and vitality—since it is impossible for the sender not to have an effect, whether in a surrounding or internal manner. May it be G‑d's will that your visits continue as until now, also serving as preparation for what was mentioned above, in addition to the great impact already achieved by your visits in this way. It is possible you can use your influence on other travelers now serving as emissaries like yourself, to increase their warmth and light until it overflows into the places they visit.

Regarding books and simple pamphlets: surely you will find several among the publications of Kehot available in Eretz HaKodesh (may it be rebuilt and established), and inform here which pamphlets etc., so they can write from here to Eretz HaKodesh regarding this matter.
