Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter in which you write that you have found a suitable house for yourselves and have submitted an application as is customary in such matters. May it be G‑d's will that this beginning be at a good and successful hour, and may it be completed in a good way—good that is visible and revealed—for you and for your entire family.
It is surprising that you do not mention anything regarding the matters of spreading the wellsprings outward, the activities of Anash in London in general on this matter, and your own and your wife's activities in particular. Surely you will fill this in your next opportunity, with the necessary details.
Blessings for a kosher and joyous Pesach holiday and for good news regarding all the above, as well as concerning your mother-in-law—may she live long.
Your previous letter was received in its time.
And it is obvious that one must speak with others about the necessity of learning Chassidus, for from not speaking there will certainly be no results. But it is also obvious that such speech must be with pleasant words and suited to each listener's particular state in Torah and mitzvos.
The reason why now more than ever there is a need to learn Chassidus is explained elsewhere. And here is a point relevant and easily understood by all: when a new illness arises—G‑d forbid—in the world or an old illness strengthens, it is necessary to increase remedies. Even those who are healthy—if it is a contagious illness—and concerning everyone our Sages said: "Do not trust yourself." That nowadays there is insufficient study of Polish Chassidus is understood from what was said above, because the remedy must fit the illness. And since nowadays the main issue depends on intellectual debate, so too must the remedy come through something that occupies and grasps the intellect and Chabad (intellectual faculties) of the soul. And this suffices for one who understands.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that spreading Chasidus requires both action and speech tailored to each individual. Especially today, learning Chasidus addresses spiritual challenges by engaging one's intellect deeply—just as medicine must match an illness's nature.
