What I wrote regarding a gathering of synagogue representatives from towns is not the same as the gathering organized by Mr. P., because his was of synagogue representatives from all corners of the world—that is, international—and present there was now the mayor of Tel Aviv, Mr. Levanon, who upon returning to Eretz HaKodesh recounted activities of Lubavitch in Italy.

Regarding what you wrote about etrogim and their supervision: this is a common question in rabbinic leadership and kosher supervision—that is, one must ensure (bavarnen) there is no possibility for mix-up etc., as you also raise in your letter. And if it is indeed possible to ensure (bavarnen) this, you should clarify on site.

Certainly preparations are underway for the upcoming hilulah on Yud Shevat, as well as regarding your surroundings. May Hashem grant you success...
