In response to your message regarding the entry of your son Yisrael Meir into the yoke of mitzvos. May it be G‑d's will that he always accept upon himself the yoke of the Kingdom of Heaven and the yoke of Torah and mitzvos. As is well known, there is a specific emphasis on the word "yoke," meaning that Torah and mitzvah observance should be performed as an avodah that transcends reason and understanding; only in this way can they be properly fulfilled. May you and your wife derive much true nachas—Jewish nachas—from him, and may your involvement in strengthening and spreading Judaism increase the blessing of Hashem in all these matters both materially and spiritually.

After asking your forgiveness—even though it seems this is already after the fact—I wish to raise a point regarding the printing of the invitation card in Ashuris script with tagin (crowns). It is well known how much effort earlier and later authorities invested to permit using square script for letters and similar uses; nevertheless, one should strive as much as possible to alter the script from Ashuris as used in Stam. Certainly my elaboration here is unnecessary for you, as this matter is also discussed in Yoreh De'ah end of siman 284 with Maharsha's gloss there (in Shu"t Tzur Yaakov at the end), and before that in Shu"t Rambam cited by Beis Yosef siman 283; also see Shu"t Radbaz vol. III & IV, among others.
