Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from Motzaei Shabbos Kodesh, in which you ask about an order regarding conduct in the path of Chabad. It is understood that it is difficult to explain this in a letter, especially since these matters are explained in many of the holy talks of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagm zya, in booklets and in Likkutei Dibburim that are printed and can be found with several of Anash in Jerusalem Ir HaKodesh may it be rebuilt and established.
The main point is that every day—and certainly on Shabbos—there should be a fixed time and fixed dedication for studying the teachings of Chassidus both by day and by night. Even though not everyone has the same amount of time for this, each person should do according to his own measure and as he feels in his heart. He should consult with the elders of Anash who are present locally and they will guide him. May Hashem grant you success in your aforementioned study, and may it also be fulfilled here that "great is study for it leads to action."
With blessing for good news in all the above.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that following the Chabad path centers on consistent study of Chassidus tailored to one's ability, seeking guidance from experienced community members, and recognizing that true learning leads to positive action.
