Due to a certain reason, the sending of letters was delayed, and in the meantime your letters arrived... I do not understand why you are once again anxious about your health. I have already told you, and also written to you, several times that my opinion on this is clear.
I have also emphasized that in my view you should completely remove from your mind any thoughts about your health, because with G‑d's help you are healthy. However, you should fulfill all the doctors' practical instructions. I see that even when you were here, you did the opposite in both matters: you obsessed over things that have no basis (without any reason for this), and in no way did you want to keep the eating and drinking regimen, etc. (also without any rational reason).
It seems that even now you are continuing this behavior. What will my writing again help if you specifically want to do the opposite? The matter depends only on your good will.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that persistent worry about one's health is unnecessary when there is no real cause for concern. Trusting in G‑d's help and following medical advice are essential, but ultimately, improvement depends on one's own willingness to change habits.
