Greetings and blessing!

I hereby acknowledge receipt of the minutes of the committee's meetings, a) of 8 MarCheshvan, b) of 13 MarCheshvan, and their contents. And I was pleased to read in the accompanying letter that in the future, too, they will hold meetings at frequent intervals and keep minutes as required, whereby doubts about the manner of the resolutions and their details will be reduced, and at times even eliminated. The minutes also recall and arouse the actions they resolved to undertake. And as is customary in the world, from time to time several clauses of the resolutions that were adopted should be publicized, in order to give them more force; the usual way of doing this is to post them on the wall and the like...

With blessing for success in establishing Kfar Chabad in keeping with the will of its founder, our Nasi, my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, who stands and arouses abundant mercy.

Has the matter of the train station in the village been settled?

Surely all the necessary preparations are being made for the celebration of the day of our redemption and the deliverance of our soul, when the light and vitality of our soul was given to us, namely Yud-Tes Kislev, in Kfar Chabad, in proper order and with fitting breadth, as it is written, "ואתהלכה ברחבה" — "I will walk in broad places" (Tehillim 119:45), even in numbers.

And in keeping with the work and the inner mission of spreading the wellsprings outward, surely they will make an effort that those, too, who for the time being are still outside will take part, and in large numbers, in the celebration and farbrengen. And it is a certainty that the words of our holy Rebbeim, which will be spoken and recalled at the farbrengen, will have an effect on each and every one of the participants, for their words are alive (leben) and therefore also bring to life (machen lebedig), with true life.
