I hereby acknowledge receipt of the protocol from the meeting of the committee: a) 8 M"Ch; b) 13 M"Ch and their matters. I was pleased to read the attached letter stating that from now on, meetings will be arranged at frequent intervals with detailed minutes as required. Through this, doubts regarding decisions and their matters will be reduced or sometimes even eliminated. The protocol also mentions and reminds about the actions they resolved to undertake. According to common practice in the world, from time to time it is appropriate to publicize some sections of the resolutions that were accepted in order to give them more strength. The usual way is to post them on the wall or similar methods...

With blessings for success in establishing Kfar Chabad according to the desire of its founder—our Nasi, my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal—who stands and arouses abundant mercy. Has the matter of the train station in Kfar been arranged? Surely all necessary preparations are being made for the celebration of our day of redemption and soul's liberation—when light and vitality were given to our souls—which is Yud-Tes Kislev in Kfar Chabad—in proper order and with appropriate expansion, as it is written: "Ve'eshalcha b'rechava" (I will walk about in broad places), even quantitatively. In accordance with the spiritual work and mission of spreading the wellsprings outward, surely efforts will be made so that even those who are still outside will participate—many—in the celebration and farbrengen. It is certain according to our holy Nesi'im that if their words are spoken and recalled during the farbrengen, they will have an effect on every single participant; for their words are alive (leben), and therefore also enliven (machen lebendig) with true life.
