והנה, עס איז פארשטענדליך אז אדרבה, דער ענין דארף צוגעבען נאך מער חשק און מער ווי געוויינליכען אינעטרעס צו אוועקשטעלען די תלמידות אויף דער געהעריקער הויך, כי הרי זה כל האדם לתקן חלקו בעולם, אין איינקלאנג מיט זיינע כשרונות וועלכע השם יתברך האט אים געשאנקען, בפרט א כשרון אין חינוך און השפעה אויף יוגענט, איז דאס דאך דער תכלית פון זיין באשאפונג צו מערען ליכטיגקייט אין וועלט דורך פארשפרייטען נר מצוה תורה אור, ולפום צערא אגרא, אז דוקא אזעלכע תלמידות וואס זייערע כשרונות זיינען ניט אזוי ענטוויקעלט, זיינען זיי דער חלק היפה צו ערפילען מיט זיי דעם רצון הבורא ומדתו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה אלא שכמה פעמים ככה, אז ווען מען ערפילט דעם רצון פון השם יתברך, חאטש דער יצר הרע פּרובירט איינריידין אז דאס איז א שווערע זאך, איז דענסטמאל הקב"ה טוט דעם רצון האדם צו ערפילען זיינע גוטע האַרץ פארלאנגען.
ויהי רצון אז מיט א צוגאב כח און לעבעדיקייט זאלסט דו זיך אינטערעסירע אין דער פארבעסערונג פון דעם מצב הכתה און זי זאל שטייגען מדרגא לדרגא און זאלסט זעהן פרי טוב אין דיין ארבעט, ומצוה גוררת מצוה אז דו זאלסט קענען אנזאגען בקרוב אז די תלמידות זיינען עושות חיל, און אז השם יתברך האט דיר געמאכט געפינען דיין גוטען זיווג פאר דיר, גוט בגשמיות און גוט ברוחניות גם יחד.

In response to your letter from the 14th of Cheshvan, in which you write that this year you are not as interested as last year in teaching the students of your class, because they do not have the same abilities to absorb the lessons as the previous class.
It is clear that on the contrary, this situation should give you even more enthusiasm and more than usual interest to raise the students to the proper level. For this is the whole purpose of a person—to repair his portion in the world, in accordance with his talents which Hashem Yisbarach has granted him. Especially a talent in education and influencing youth—this is truly the purpose of one's creation: to increase light in the world by spreading Ner Mitzvah Torah Or (the candle of mitzvah and light of Torah). And "lefum tza'ara agra" (according to the effort is the reward), so specifically those students whose abilities are less developed are actually the most beautiful portion with whom to fulfill the will of the Creator and His attribute—measure for measure, but many times over. When one fulfills Hashem Yisbarach's will—even though the yetzer hara tries to convince you that it is difficult—then Hashem fulfills a person's good-hearted desires.
May it be His will that with added strength and vitality you should take an interest in improving your class's situation so it rises from level to level. You should see good fruits from your work, and one mitzvah brings another mitzvah. May you soon be able to report that your students are excelling, and that Hashem Yisbarach has helped you find your good match—good both materially and spiritually together.
