במענה על מכתבו מכבר אודות האופנים השונים שיכולים לשפר מצב החינוך במוסדות הכשרים אשר במחנו הט', אלא שאין מנהלי המוסדות שבעים רצון כ"כ כשמתערבים בעניניהם.
והנה פשוט אשר כיון שטובת התלמידים-ות היא והם הרבים, צריך למצוא דרכי נועם ואופני שלום לעשות ככל האפשרי בהטבת תכנית הלימודים, אופני החינוך וכו', וכבר ידוע המשל שתיקון הנראה קל בשעת מעשה בגרעין לפעמים משנה האילן הגדל מהגרעין מן הקצה אל הקצה, והנמשל מובן. ומזה מובן ג"כ שמבלי הבט לאיזה מוסד חינוך דעתו נוטה יותר יש לשפר המצב בכל המוסדות שהשפעתו מגעת, וכמרז"ל מי שאכל שום וריחו נודף יאכל שום וכו'.
במה ששמע מפב"פ הצעה שיבואו איזה תלמידים מהישיבה דכאן ללמוד וכו', הרי בכלל בענינים כמו אלו צריך הנ"ל לפנות באופן רשמי להנהלה הרשמית כאן של המוסד, שאז מחייב זה אותו יותר לקיים כל התנאים שיותנו, ובמילא מתחלה יתבונן המציע מה להציע וכו', וכמדומה שמלפני זמן כבר בא בקישור דברים עם ההנהלה כאן.
בטח מסר בעתו בחזירתו הביתה נקודות מהמדובר בעת ההתועדות כאן, ויה"ר שהדברים יפעלו בהנוגע לפועל, כמ"ש את האלקים ירא ואת מצותיו שמור כי זה כל האדם.

In response to your earlier letter regarding the various ways to improve the state of education in the kosher institutions in our camp, but the school administrators are not so pleased when others get involved in their affairs.
It is obvious that since the benefit of the students—who are many—is at stake, one must find pleasant and peaceful ways to do everything possible to improve the curriculum, educational methods, etc. It is well known that a small correction made at the seed stage can sometimes change the entire tree that grows from it from one extreme to another; and the lesson is clear.
From this it is also understood that regardless of which educational institution you personally prefer, you should work to improve all institutions within your sphere of influence. As our Sages said: "One who ate garlic and its odor spreads—should he eat more garlic?" etc.
Regarding what you heard from PBP about a suggestion for some students from the yeshivah here to come and study, in general with such matters it is necessary for him to approach the official administration here formally. This obligates him more to fulfill all conditions set forth, and therefore before making a proposal he should consider carefully what to suggest, etc. It seems that some time ago he already had some discussions with the administration here.
Surely upon his return home he conveyed points discussed during the farbrengen here, and may it be G‑d's will that these words have a practical effect—as it is written: "Fear G‑d and keep His commandments for this is all of man."
