איך בין געווען צופרידען צו באקומען אייער בריף פון י"א חשון, אין וועלכען איר שרייבט וועגען דער השתדלות בנוגע צו חלב ישראל, און די פערשידענע מעגליכקייטען וועלכע זיינען פראן אין דעם, און השם יתברך זאל העלפען אז איר זאלט ניט אפּגעשוואכט ווערען אין דער ארבעט און דענסטמאל וועט דאס זיין בהצלחה, ווי עס איז פארזיכערט געווארען חסידים ואנ"ש[1] אז אין יעדער ענין פון תורה יראת שמים ומדות טובות וועלען זיי מצליח זיין (קיצורים והערות לתניא סוף עמוד קכ"ב).
און בפרט אין דעם ענין, וואס אויסער די עצם זאך אליין וועט דאס זיין אויך א קידוש השם, אז ביז איצטער איז די גאנצע זאך געווען פארלאזען און די נשי ובנות חב"ד האט זיך איינגעגעבען צו מאכען דעם תיקון דעם גרויסען, און דער זכות זאל אייך ביישטיין, און די אלע וואס טוען אין דעם, אין דעם וואס זיי באדארפן בגשמיות וברוחניות.

Blessing and greetings!
I was pleased to receive your letter of 11 Cheshvan, in which you write about the efforts concerning chalav Yisrael and the various possibilities that exist in this matter. May G‑d help that you not be weakened in the work, and then it will succeed, as Chassidim and Anash (lit. "the men of our fellowship") have been assured that in every matter of Torah, fear of Heaven and good character traits they will succeed (Kitzurim VeHe'aros LeTanya, end of p. 122).
And especially in this matter, for besides the thing itself it will also be a sanctification of G‑d's Name: until now the whole matter was neglected, and Nshei uBnos Chabad have devoted themselves to making this great correction. May this merit stand by you, and by all those working on it, in whatever they need materially and spiritually.
